• Any changes to personal information must be reported to the support team immediately.

As part of the account verification process, btg33 may request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Rules

Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any bonus offer at btg33:

• Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200.
• Wagering requirement: You must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place ৳24,000 worth of bets before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• Each bonus has a specific expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless stated otherwise.
• If you wish to withdraw your deposit after claiming a bonus, the active bonus will be cancelled.
• btg33 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Betting & Gaming Rules

It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before participating on btg33.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If the outcome of a game cannot be confirmed due to a technical error or system disruption, btg33 may void the bet and return the staked amount.
• For sports betting, if an event does not start within the scheduled time or is cancelled after play has begun, a decision will be made in accordance with btg33's policy.
• Bets cannot be placed if the account does not have sufficient balance.
• The rules of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, etc.) also apply and are consistent with btg33's terms.

Prohibited Activities & Abuse Prevention

The following activities are completely prohibited on the btg33 platform. Violation of these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Abusing bonuses or engaging in activities intended to exploit the bonus system.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Sharing an account with other users or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged identity information.
• Fraudulent conduct toward other users or syndicate betting.

Limitation of Liability & Severability Clause

btg33's liability is limited in the following matters:

• btg33 is not liable for any loss caused by internet disruption, power outage, or device failure.

If any clause of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to be in effect.
